A much needed mini escape from the city lead us to Jacob Riis Park. Maybe not the most desirable way to spend a bitter cold afternoon, but it was nice to see the city skyline from a distance.

there is something about the seaside in winter :) I am hoping to pay the beach a visit before spring does it 's thing for real :)

My go to spot to escape is simply my back yard...never had one for 12 years. I really enjoy the grass and roses
We just escaped to New Hope (one hour away from Philly). It was cold but sunny and peaceful.
Phenomenal photos as usual! I particularly love the graininess of the second, and the ghostly halo in the last one...
